Every year millions of lives are needlessly lost through drinking of contaminated water. The United Nations estimates that diarrhoea alone annually claims the lives of over 5 million small children, millions more from typhoid, cholera, dysentery, salmonella, legionnaires diseases, tuberculosis and poliomyelitis, all this spread because water is not treated.
We recently introduced two well proven systems to combat waterborne diseases - the Aquarius - a self contained water treatment system that produces between 150 gallons per hour of pure clean water for consumption and the filtrate system both for domestic and larger commercial systems to filtrate sediment and kill micro-organisms.
Contaminated water passes through the Aquarius system and then it is first sterilized by chlorine, destroying bacteria's, then filtered to remove particles, solids and finally passes through unique activated carbon filter that removes colour, bad taste, oduor and excessive chlorine.
The result is water that is both safer and pleasant to drink.
This Aquarius range is able to provide sufficient pure clean water to a block of apartments. It can also be used in varied outlets such as offices, hotels, hospitals, boats and railways for passenger drinking irrespective of the area pick of source and even upto village level and military forces in the move always to be sure of the safety of their drinking water no matter where they are.

We also undertake installations of monolift borehole water pumps in remote areas which are ran by single diesel engines or by power generators and also reciprocating windmill pumps.
Fabrication and construction of steel pressed ground and elevated tower water storage tanks to meet varied segments needs in residential, commercial outlets and agricultural sectors.
Pressed Steel Plates are flanged and relief contoured by cold forming under hydraulic pressure. All holes are jig drilled to ensure perfect alignment.
The finished plated have dimensions 4 ft square (1200 mm) and are 5mm thick for tanks up to 12 ft deep and 6mm thick for the base and bottom rows for tanks 16 ft deep. This construction design conforms fully to BS1564 1975 Type 2.
Supporting Structure (towers) of any height to support any size of tank can be supplied. Design/manufacture conforms to BS 449 and design / and calculations and drawings will be provided on request.
Structures can be supplied complete with full or part walkways with hand railing and ladders and valve platforms. Basic design incorporates bolted constructions for ease of transport and assembly.
Advice on foundation requirements is given subject to ground condition reports.
A standard internal staying system is provided with stay positions specified to suit the needs of each individual tank size. All stays and other internal components are galvanized. Internal ladders are provided for all tanks.
Flanges, sockets or pads conforming to acceptable standards are provided for pipe connections at locations specified by the client.
Jointing material (Glasticord 440) is provided in reels for site jointing. Glasticord 440 is approved by the National Water Council (UK) for use with portable water systems. Other jointing materials are available for storage of various liquids oils, etc.
2 mm thick mild steel pitched roof structures supported by fabricated trusses can be provided. Flat roof covers can be provided for tanks not exceeding 8 ft width.
Plates are dispatched with one coat (black) non toxic drinking water quality paint on internal surfaces and one coat aluminum paint on external surfaces as standard. Other finishes including galvanizing or epoxy coating can be provided on request. (Further application of paint finish is carried out after assembly).
The individual plates can be assembled into any size square or rectangular configuration from 400 gallons upwards. As plates conform fully with 8S 1564 / 1975 Type II, they can be used to construct deep tanks, i.e.16 ft and 20 ft depth.
V Tanks can be added to altered in shape or dismantled, relocated and rebuilt.
Modular construction techniques ensure that component handling is possible without mechanical assistance. Where possible, materials are bagged or bundled to prevent transit problems.
Following delivery from our Works, all components are supplied to allow erection of tanks using unskilled labour and avoiding the need for any plant and equipment other than hand tools.
Variations such as internal bulkheads, level indicators, vents, ladders manholes, mosquito or vermin proofing, pipework and valves, can be supplied to match the client's specification. Supporting structures can be designed and manufactured.
Pressed Steel tanks can be used elevated, at ground level or in buildings, for domestic or industrial purposes, for the storage of water, all other liquids and fuel oils. On specifying the liquid to be stored, a suitable jointing material will be supplied.
